Inbound check service: Inbound loss remains the biggest issue in FBA process and has only 9 month time window to claim losses. The 9 months counts from the day shipments are delivered. You need to create an Amazon user under your seller account with certain permissions and give the username and password to us. Please see the instructions in your account to create the user.
