
Indirect Service
Indirect service provides the customer information needed to open and answer Amazon seller account cases to claim FBA loss. FBAgent Corporation claims 20% of total reimbursement the customer gets from the cases FBAgent Corporation opened and handled for the customer. The details are confirmed by case id in Amazon reimbursement report covering the entire time window of FBAgent Corporation operations on the customer’s Amazon seller account..
***Important Notice before you start to use our service***
1. FBAgent Corporation takes no responsibility for anything happens to the customer’s Amazon seller account during our operations.
2. It is the customer’s duty to answer Amazon cases on time and notice FBAgent Corporation when Amazon answer cases. FBAgent Corporation will bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of all cases the customer fails to maintain.
3. If the customer interfere with the cases FBAgent Corporation opens without the permission from FBAgent Corporation, FBAgent Corporation will bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of these cases.
4. After all cases are finished, the customer needs to download the reimbursement report covering date range of FBAgent operations from customer’s Amazon seller account and give it to FBAgent Corporation to do the final evaluation of total salvage. Failure to do so will lead FBAgent Corporation to bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of all cases.
