Direct Service

Direct service grants FBAgent Corporation limited access to customer’s Amazon seller account to open and handle cases for customer. FBAgent Corporation claims 20% of total reimbursement the customer gets from the cases FBAgent Corporation opened and handled for the customer. The details are confirmed by case id in Amazon reimbursement report covering the entire time window of FBAgent Corporation operations on the customer’s Amazon seller account..

***Important Notice before you start our service***

1. FBAgent Corporation takes no responsibility for anything happens to the customer’s Amazon seller account during our operations.

2. If FBAgent corporation’s access to customer’s Amazon seller account is cancelled by customer during operations, down payment will not be refunded. In addition, FBAgent Corporation will bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of all cases unfinished.

3. If the customer interfere with the cases FBAgent Corporation opens without the permission from FBAgent Corporation, FBAgent Corporation will bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of these cases.

4. After all cases are finished, the customer needs to download the reimbursement report covering date range of FBAgent operations from customer’s Amazon seller account and give it to FBAgent Corporation to do the final evaluation of total salvage. Failure to do so will lead FBAgent Corporation to bill the customer the full amount claimed for the total loss of all cases.
